MATTHEW 24: 35-42

"I have glorified you on earth, I have finished the work which You have given me to do."
2 TIMOTHY 4: 3-4 (ASV)
"The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires; and will turn away their ears from the truth, and will turn aside to myths."
JAMES 4:13-17 (TLB)
"Look here, you people who say, "today or tomorrow we are going to such and such a town, stay there a year, and open up a profitable business." How do you know what is going to happen tomorrow? For the length of your lives is as uncertain as the morning fog, now you see it; soon it is gone.

JESUS CHRIST HAS SAID THE FOLLOWING WORDS, DO YOU KNOW THEM?
(MATTHEW 25:31-32 TLB)
"But when I, the Messiah, shall come in my glory, and all the angels with me, then I shall sit upon my throne of glory. And all the nations shall be gathered before me. And I will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats."
If our example, Jesus, came to "serve," what does that say about those of us that are to follow in His footprints? Let's look at Jesus' own words about this subject of serving...
"For even I the Messiah am not here to be served, but to help others and to give my life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45 TLB)

The word dimly in the Greek implies that our current spiritual perceptions in our earthly state are impaired. In the ancient world, they did not have the clear glass mirrors we have today. Mirrors were made of polished medal and the reflection was dim and not very clear. However, we have advanced to mirrors whereby we can see ourselves clearly. Likewise, as life goes on we must grow in our Christian walk and grow up spiritually as Paul is telling us in our passage above.

HEART TALK CONCERNING: "THE WALK OF FAITH" -JAMES 1:5-8 (TLB)
"If you want to know what God wants you to do, ask Him, and He will gladly tell you, For he is always ready to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to all who ask Him; He will not resent it. But when you ask Him, be sure you really expect Him to tell you, for a doubtful mind will be as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. And every decision you then will make will be uncertain, as you turn first this way and then that. If you don't ask with faith, don't expect the Lord to give you any solid answer."
